As an aside, Japanese were wearing masks long before Covid struck, yet look at how large a percentage of people tested serologically positive. I guess masks don’t provide sufficient protection.

Thanks. But it is almost unheard of for someone who was infected to be infected again. So the WHO seems overly cautious to me, which is not unusual.
