    i think virologist need to book of basic virology, for examples virus titration and its logic, virus culturing and other methods for virus study (translation, replication and replicative form of viruses). in this book new methods are required. i read principles of virology and i think  it is a complicated book for virologist that need to the discussion in our classes,
