I spent the summer tracking the nasty trail of this virus, and now as a (fairly healthy) 20 year old freshman in college, I'm surrounded by illness on a daily basis. <br><br>I've followed TWiV for several months now, but I forgot--which vaccine type do you recommend for healthy young adults? Spray or injection? We have a choice on the consent form.
